These Vendor Terms govern participation by service providers (“Vendors”) offering services through AzrahTech. By registering or using a vendor account, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Vendor Eligibility

To register as a vendor, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain valid contact details
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Meet any verification requirements requested by the platform

AzrahTech reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend vendor accounts.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate service descriptions and pricing
  • Deliver services professionally and as agreed
  • Maintain quality standards
  • Respond to customer requests in a timely manner
  • Keep profile information current

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of all listings they publish.

3. Prohibited Activities

Vendors may not:

  • Post false or misleading services
  • Engage in fraudulent conduct
  • Offer illegal or prohibited services
  • Harass or abuse customers
  • Circumvent platform payment processes
  • Use the platform for unauthorized activities

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Orders and Service Fulfillment

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Managing accepted orders
  • Delivering services within agreed timelines
  • Communicating with customers regarding order status
  • Resolving service issues professionally

Repeated failure to fulfill orders may result in account action.

5. Pricing and Fees

Vendors may be subject to:

  • Platform commissions
  • Transaction fees
  • Other disclosed charges applicable to vendor activity

Applicable fees will be disclosed through the platform.

6. Payments

Vendor payouts are subject to:

  • Successful order completion
  • Platform payment procedures
  • Verification or fraud review where necessary

AzrahTech may delay or hold payouts where security or dispute review is required.

7. Customer Disputes

Vendors agree to cooperate in resolving disputes.

Where necessary, disputes may be reviewed by platform support, and reasonable decisions may be made to protect customers, vendors, and platform integrity.

8. Content and Uploads

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Images uploaded
  • Documents submitted
  • Service descriptions
  • Any content published through vendor accounts

Content must not infringe rights, contain false claims, or violate law.

9. Account Verification and Suspension

Vendor accounts may be:

  • Reviewed for approval
  • Suspended for policy violations
  • Terminated for fraud, abuse, or repeated service failures

AzrahTech reserves this right at its discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vendors operate as independent service providers.

AzrahTech provides the platform connecting users and does not guarantee vendor business results, customer volume, or revenue.

11. Changes to Vendor Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the vendor account constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
