Previous orders not showing? Check the date filter next to Dashboard and select the date range when the order was placed.

Customers can contact providers through the platform chat or messaging feature available on the provider profile or service page. If you cannot locate a provider in chat, contact admin support.

To register as a provider: Click Register as Provider, Complete profile information, Submit for approval, Wait for account verification

Open the order details from your dashboard and use the available cancellation or support request option, depending on order status.

Go to My Profile → Edit Profile, update your information, and click Save.
